Public Records Bill - Designed to freshen up record keeping, specifically designed to help former residents of care homes trace their families.

Reservoir Safety in Scotland Bill - New protections for the public to protect them from the risk of flooding from reservoirs.

Long Leases Bill - A simplifying law that will convert about 9,000 ultra-long leases, often granted by landed estates, into titles with full ownership

Local Electoral Administrations Bill - Establishes a board to oversee local elections and ensures the Electoral Commission's remit covers council votes.

Health (Certification of Death) Bill- Designed to improve the accuracy of death certificates. It will also end the 147 fee given to doctors for signing a cremation form. A fee will be introduced to cover the cost of the new certificates.
