Seminar set to offer advice on planning issues

COMMUNITY councillors can learn about the planning process and how to get their views heard at a free seminar.

The national charity, Planning Aid for Scotland, is holding the training event in Edinburgh on 27 March.

Stephanie Gray, a training officer with the charity, said: "Our training and information events are about taking planning directly to the people."
