Second man charged over Edinburgh explosives find

A 34-year-old man has been charged today after "suspicious substance" was found at a house in the Wester Hailes area of Edinburgh. He is expected to appear in court next week.

The discovery was made by an intelligence-led Army team at the property in Dumbryden gardens yesterday afternoon.

Lothian and Borders Police have said that a 25-year-old man has also been detained in connection with the incident.
