A SECOND British holidaymaker has drowned in a hotel swimming pool in the Canary Islands in two days.

Andrew Nicol, 38, from Somerset, had been staying in Puerto de Santiago on the Spanish holiday island of Tenerife. He died yesterday, a day after Megan Thrower, six, from King's Lynn, Norfolk, drowned in a hotel pool in Gran Canaria.
