Search on for city woman

POLICE have launched a hunt for a missing city woman last seen making her way to work.

Suzanne Pilley, 38, of Whitson Road, vanished on Tuesday morning after getting off the bus she takes to work every morning.

Her disappearance has been described as "very uncharacteristic" and police have launched a missing persons appeal "earlier than normal".

The last confirmed sighting of her was at 8:32am on the No.4 bus as it travelled down Princes Street. She got off at the St David Street stop, near Jenners.

Police said that she was not wearing her usual office work clothes, but did not appear to be acting out of character.

She is white, 5ft 4ins tall with a slim build and short, light brown hair in a bob style.
