Search is on for unsung heroes

A national charity is looking for unsung local heroes to be nominated for its annual awards.

Living Streets wants to recognise organisations and individuals who have made a real difference to streets around the UK. Anyone can nominate a business, school or council that gets people walking, or even an individual who works tirelessly for the good of their local community.

Following on from last year's inaugural award ceremony, Tony Armstrong, Living Streets executive said: "We've thought long and hard about the awards this year and we are thrilled that we have five different categories which people can nominate for.
