A SCOTS motorist has died after a three-vehicle collision at an accident blackspot in the Cotswolds, on Tuesday.

The 62-year-old woman from Hawick was airlifted to Bristol's Frenchay Hospital but died there. The woman's name will not be released until relatives formally identify the body.
