Scots cities join forces

EDINBURGH has joined forces with Scotland's five other cities to sign a pledge in support of "a shared vision of success".

Scotland's cities - Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Dundee, Glasgow, Inverness and Stirling - launched Scotland's first Six Cities: Shared Vision pledge in Stirling.

The pledge focuses on shared economic ambitions and priorities. City leader Jenny Dawe said collaboration "will significantly enhance the nation's international competitiveness".
