Saddle up for a good cause

KEEN cyclists are being encouraged to get on their bikes and raise money for a children's health charity.

The Cross Border 100 will see cyclists set off from one of two start points, from Haddington in Scotland or Alnwick in England, before the two routes pass at the Border.

The new bike ride, which takes place on September 19, will raise funds for Action Medical Research.
