Runners on their marks

Places are still available for Cancer Research UK's Run 10k at Hopetoun House in South Queensferry.

More than 1400 people have already registered for the event on October 17, and organisers are encouraging runners of all abilities to sign up at www.run10k.org.

Cancer Research UK's Run 10k is part of a series of 20 events which will take place in the UK this autumn.
