Run along for cheap entry

MEN across the Capital are being urged to take advantage of a special early-bird registration offer for the Men's Health Forum Scotland 10K run.

The event, which is the only 10K exclusively for men in the UK, will be held on 20 June – Father's Day – in Glasgow's Bellahouston Park. Almost 1,000 men have joined up so far. By signing up before 31 March, they will secure a place for only 15.
