Rum bar put up for sale

A PUB that specialises in its selection of rum has been put up for sale.

Bar Rumba, on Leith's Portland Place, has been put on the market at offers over 145,000.

Barry McNeil, of selling agent Christie & Co, said: "Our client's business interests are concentrated in the north of England and a lack of time means that the business is only open under management on Friday and Saturday nights. As such, there is potential to improve both trade and profitability."
