Rock star in clear over death plunge

Rock star Pete Doherty will not face prosecution over the death plunge of partygoer Mark Blanco, 30, who was involved in a fracas with the musician shortly before he died at a London flat in 2006.

Prosecutors said there was "insufficient evidence" to bring any charges.
