Rock photos go on show

AN exhibition of some of the iconic imagery created by legendary rock photographer Gered Mankowitz is being brought to Edinburgh next month.

In an illustrious career that has spanned more than 40 years, Mankowitz has photographed icons, such as Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Marianne Faithfull, and Jimi Hendrix.

The exhibition - featuring a series of candid shots of The Rolling Stones on tour in the 1960s - will be on show at The Dome in George Street from March 8-12.
