Road deaths were a 'tragic coincidence'

THREE road deaths which took place within 24 hours in an area covered by one police force were a "tragic coincidence", a police spokesman said today.

In a series of separate fatal accidents in Devon and Cornwall over the weekend a motorist, a motor-cyclist and a pedestrian all died.
