Rabbi weighs in to gay 'brainwash' row

AN ORTHODOX New York rabbi is no longer endorsing Republican gubernatorial candidate Carl Paladino because he apologised for comments about gays.

Rabbi Yehuda Levin accused Mr Paladino of bowing to pressure when he apologised for saying children shouldn't be "brainwashed" into thinking homosexuality was acceptable.
