Quad bike loss for Asbo teen

A TEENAGE boy had a quad bike he was riding along a disused railway line confiscated under antisocial behaviour powers by police.

The 15-year-old was detained last Thursday by officers in Midlothian, who found he was already subject to an Asbo warning handed out last June. The quad bike was confiscated under Asbo legislation following the final warning.

Police have also been carrying out increased patrols on the force's quad bikes on walkways.
