SIX Lothians schoolchildren and their friends are to attend the first showing of a film based on their poignant experiences when they visited a First World War battlefield.

Ex-Service charity Poppyscotland will hold a screening of a new 20-minute film, which follows the journey of the pupils during a battlefield tour in Belgium and northern France.
The six pupils, from Dunbar Grammar School, will attend a screening of The Journey at the Cameo Cinema on Tuesday.
