Pupils set to get in picture

SCHOOL pupils in the Capital are encouraged to take advantage of free cinema passes in national Schools Film Week.

The Cameo, Filmhouse, Cineworld Fountain park, Odeon in Wester Hailes and Vue at the Omni Centre are all taking part in this year's event.

The festival's goal is to support classroom teaching by providing schools with an experience that links directly into the curriculum.
