Pupils are the talk of Europe

PUPILS from the Capital's St Thomas of Aquins made it through to the finals of a speaking competition in Brussels.

The pupils had to talk about why learning a European language should matter to young people in the Talk your Way to Brussels competition. Dominika Mulak and Cameron Cunnea put forward their ideas for making language learning more exciting.

David Martin MEP said: "It is very encouraging to see such a desire to learn the languages of the European Union."
