Pub-goer left fighting for life

A MAN was fighting for his life last night after he was attacked outside a pub. The 36-year-old was set on after leaving the Waterside Inn in Riverside Lane, Dumbarton, early yesterday.

Police are treating the attack as attempted murder and said he was taken to hospital in a "life-threatening condition".
