Pub brews up chance to create your very own ale

AN OXGANGS pub is offering drinkers the chance to create their own ale.

The Hunters Tryst, on Oxgangs Road, has teamed up with brewer Daniel Thwaites in Blackburn, where the winner will get to create their signature brew which will be served across more than 170 pubs nationwide. Hunters Tryst manager Kathryn Darbyshire said: "I know our guests in Edinburgh will jump at the chance to enter the competition."

Entry forms will be available in the pub from 29 March-11 April.
