Psalm singers tune up for Capital lecture

AN EXPERT on sacred music will give a public lecture tomorrow night on psalm-singing in Scotland through the ages.

Dr Noel O'Regan, senior lecturer in Edinburgh University's School of Arts, Culture and Environment, will be joined by the university's Renaissance Singers, who will illustrate the lecture with examples of psalm-singing dating back to the 18th century.
