£37m boost to help with winter bills

BRITISH Gas announced a £37 million investment yesterday to help "vulnerable" customers, including a £50 payment for 340,000 people to help with their winter bills.

It is investing 20m in the British Gas Energy Trust, which helps people struggling with debts.
