£1m hospitality scheme launched

A £1 MILLION programme to improve standards within Scotland’s hospitality industry has been launched in Glasgow.

The Emerging Talent Scholarship programme, organised by the Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland, is to offer entrepreneurial and revenue scholarships to encourage fresh thinking and commercial understanding.
