£10,000 for cancer fund

BOSOM Buds of Scotland, a newly-formed charity based in West Lothian, has donated £10,000 to Scottish charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

Audrey Birt, director of Breakthrough in Scotland, said: "We are grateful for the generosity and support. The money donated will help us to continue to fund our vital work at Breakthrough's research unit.

"We depend entirely on donations from the public, which is why support like this is so important to us."
