Protester perches on Big Ben scaffold

HOUSE of Commons security was breached again yesterday as an anti-war protester scaled scaffolding near Big Ben.

The man was first seen perched above Speaker's Green at about 5:15am and ignored police pleas to come down. He unfurled a banner that read: "Questions for our government – what power have you got?"
