Prodigy, 15, wins Cambridge place

A 15-YEAR-OLD maths prodigy will become the youngest Cambridge undergraduate for more than two centuries when he starts lectures next month.

After going through the university's challenging interview process, home-educated Arran Fernandez has taken up a place at Fitzwilliam College to become the youngest Cambridge student since 1773.
