A PRISONER who went on the run from an open jail has been traced by police.

Ian McDonald, 28, from Paisley, did not return to Castle Huntly near Dundee on 15 December as ordered. He is serving a term for assault. Tayside Police said McDonald was found in a house in Glasgow yesterday.
