President advises an aerial view

Romania's president Traian Basescu has told a forum for Arab investors that the best way to see his country was from the air, as the roads are so bad.

Mr Basescu said: "Romania has mountains, sea and hills … If you really want to see Romania, I recommend a helicopter."
