Portrait talk is in the frame

A FREE talk on one of the most famous portraits in the National Gallery is to be held in the Capital.

Dr James Lawson will discuss Portrait of Petrus Pecquius (1562-1625) by Sir Peter Paul Rubens at the National Gallery complex on 7 July, starting at 12:45pm.
