Porridge stage show set to cause a stir

SOME of the UK's best-loved jailbirds will be brought to life in a stage version of the TV comedy hit Porridge.

The play at the King's Theatre has been adapted for the stage by the programme's original creators.

Former EastEnders star Shaun Williamson will play Fletcher when the show runs from 9-13 March.
