Pooches in dog house with canine Asbos
Two Scottish pooches have been handed "doggie Asbos" under laws designed to give councils greater powers over dangerous dogs.
A Staffordshire bull terrier and a Jack Russell from East Lothian have both been placed under Dog Control Notices (DCN) after displaying aggressive and violent behaviour.
The Jack Russell received its Asbo after biting a child in a park, while the Staffie attacked another dog being walked by a mother pushing a pram.
