Two more Royal Navy warships to be built on Clyde

The Government is set to confirm plans later for two more Royal Navy warships to be built on the Clyde.

A deal has been struck for BAE Systems to built two offshore patrol vessels at the Scoutstoun shipyard.

Three similar vessels are already being built there for the Royal Navy under a £348 million contract.
