SSP vows to fight on for free school meals

The Scottish Socialist Party yesterday pledged to continue its fight to introduce free schools meals for every pupil.

Buoyed by the latest opinion polls, suggesting the SSP could return up to nine MSPs, leading members of the party pledged to "raise it and raise it" until it won the argument over free school meals.
