Scottish independence: ‘Yes’ banner on Pentlands
Pro-independence campaigners placed a giant Yes sign on the Pentland Hills.
The slogan was spotted by motorists driving along the Edinburgh by-pass and is positioned above the slopes of the Midlothian Snowsports Centre at Hillend.
It is not clear who is repsonsible for putting up the sign, which appeared on Sunday, at the centre, which is run by Midlothian Council.
Reports on social media suggest the banner has now been removed.
