Power struggle poses a hazard

SCOTTISH Hydro Electric Power Distribution (SHEPD) has warned election candidates against covering electricity poles with campaign posters.

Lisa Doogan, head of operations for SHEPD, said: "With the election looming, we're taking this chance to remind all the main parties of the dangers of using our poles to display campaign posters."
