Independence: Cybernats shame Scotland - Darling

Mr Darling hit out at so-called “Cybernats” yesterday after nationalists took to social media to urge a boycott of Barrhead Travel. He made his comments on a visit to White House Products, a small engineering firm in Port Glasgow which is making contingency plans to leave Scotland after a Yes vote.
He said: “The message from this company – and the many others – is clear. If we leave the UK, we lose the pound. If we lose the pound, we lose jobs.”

Hide AdBill Munro, the travel firm’s founder, sent a memo to staff telling them independence would be a “complete disaster”. The memo found its way on to the internet, causing independence supporters to call for the firm to be boycotted.
An SNP spokesman said: “Denigration of people has absolutely no part to play, it doesn’t matter whether those doing it support Yes or No.”
