Focus on Scotland’s constitutional future

THE Scotsman is hosting a conference to get to the heart of the debate over Scotland’s constitutional future, with some of the most influential names from both sides of the independence divide speaking.

Liberal Democrat Secretary of State for Scotland Michael Moore and a leading figure from the SNP, as well as one of the UK’s leading political experts, Professor John Curtice, are among those appearing at the event on 8 March at The Scotsman’s head office in Holyrood Road, Edinburgh. Topics at the conference titled A Question of Independence: How will the referendum work? will include who should run the poll, what the questions should be and which body should ensure it is fair.
