A DIRECTOR of Celtic Football Club has become the latest person to join a group set up by the Tories to consider how devolution could be improved.

Businessman Tom Allison has agreed to join the Strathclyde Commission, becoming the final member of the body.

Scots Tory leader Ruth Davidson set up the group, which is led by former Scotland Office minister Lord Strathclyde, to look at how the devolution settlement could be enhanced to make Holyrood more accountable. Mr Allison is chairman of Peel Ports.
