Axed Craig starred in porn films with wife

Edinburgh TV star Craig Chalmers who was axed from a top Scots panto after admitting he was a secret porn actor has appeared in blue movies with his own wife.

It emerged today Jennifer Smith shares his new found career and has even starred with him after making her first screen appearance under the name Jasmine Jae this summer.

Chalmers lost his role as Prince Charming in family favourite Cinderella when theatre bosses in Dunfermline discovered his porn secret, making films under the name of Ryan Ryder.

Specialist porn website Brazzers ranks Craig’s marketing executive wife as a “rookie” — but praises her for her “stunning debut” in August.

Her profile on the site says she has “huge” 32E breasts and goes on to describe her as “a 5ft 8in tall university-educated English stunner with 34in legs and an insatiable sexual appetite”.

Jennifer’s own official website features explicit pictures and videos.

Craig, 31, did not want to discuss her involvement in the industry yesterday but his London agent Jonanthan Lipman is said to have confirmed Jennifer had featured in a porn film and admitted it might cause her problems because her employers knew nothing of her secret life away from work.

The couple — who wed in 2009 at the Norton House Hotel in Edinburgh — are both signed to adult porn agency JEM Talent.

They even had their own Twitter accounts as Ryan Ryder and Jasmine Jae, both of which have been deleted since news of Craig’s secret emerged.

But on August 16 they posted: “@RyanRyderxxx Great live show tonight... @_jasmine_jae what a hottie.”

Chalmers became a household name in 2007 when he took fifth place in Any Dream Will Do — which searched for a lead to star in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s classic musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

But he was sent packing from the Alhambra Theatre after an anonymous phone call revealed his porn exploits.

He claims he got into the adult film industry after he and his wife bumped into a mystery porn actor on holiday.

He told the Evening News this week he was not ashamed of his new career, saying his wife and family were aware of it.

He said: “I make considerably more money than when I was performing lead roles in pantos and plays.

“However it’s not all about money, the adult industry offers me the chance to work regularly while also allowing me to spend more time at home.”

He added: “I’m not ashamed of it.

Former Taggart star Colin McCredie — who played DC Fraser in the legendary police show — is to replace Chalmers as Prince Charming.
