Actor Brian Cox in voiceover spat with No camp
The cartoon features Duggy Dug, an animated Scottie dog who supports independence. Run by the independence supporting Newsnet Scotland website, Duggy Dug looks at the consequences of a No vote.
Titled the “No Nightmare” the cartoon depicts permanent austerity and shows Lamont going to the House of Lords. She is shown wearing a badge saying “vermin in ermine”.

Hide AdLabour’s Shadow Scottish Secretary Margaret Curran said: “Alex Salmond and Blair Jenkins claim they denounce the ‘negativity’ of this campaign but still the Yes campaign they run pumps out vicious bile.”
A spokesman for Yes Scotland said: “Yes Scotland, in keeping with the positive, optimistic and aspirational nature of our national grass-roots campaign, encourages people on both sides of the debate to always behave in a courteous and respectful manner and we condemn all forms of abuse.”
