Policeman's son in drink-drive trial

A SENIOR policeman's son accused of killing a woman while drink-driving has gone on trial in northern China in a case that sparked public outrage after reports he shouted: "Go ahead, sue me. My father is Li Gang!"

Li Qiming is accused of hitting two women, killing one of them, while driving under the influence last October.
