Police raid man bailed

ONE of two men arrested following a police raid in Polbeth has been released while police carry out further investigations. The 29-year-old has been released pending further investigation.

Forty-year-old Brian Dick, from Madison in Falkirk, was remanded in custody following an appearance at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Tuesday. He made no plea and no declaration to charges of assault, lewd and libidinous practices and behaviour, child abuse and possessing indecent images of children.
