Police probe after fatal fire in flat

A MAN found unconscious in a burning flat has died in hospital. Firefighters were called to the blaze in a second-floor flat in High Street, Dunbar, at around 11am yesterday.

The man, in his 40s, was treated at the scene before paramedics arrived, but he died a short time later in Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. Police are investigating.
