Police officer cleared of stalking women using work database
A POLICE officer has been cleared of stalking two women after finding their phone numbers on a work database.
Russell Taylor, of Police Scotland’s Fife Division, had faced a total of 11 charges at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, but was found not guilty at trial on Thursday.
The 35-year-old police officer was suspended by Police Scotland after the allegations came to light.
He is yet to return to work.
