Police investigate Angus fruit farm vandalism

THE Tayside Division of Police Scotland are investigating a vandalism attack on a large fruit farm in Angus.

East Seaton Farm at Arbroath was targeted between 3pm yesterday afternoon and 6am this morning when the tyres were slashed on 180 soft fruit trolleys and eight large trailers.

A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Anyone who has any information as to who might be responsible should get in touch with Police Scotland Tayside Division on 101 or speak to any police officer. Information can also be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”

The farm is owned by Lochart Porter and wife Debbie and produces strawberries, raspberries , blackberries, and blueberries.
