Police deliver satisfaction

LOTHIAN and Borders Police have found that more than half of residents who reported incidents were “very satisfied” with how they were dealt with.

The force survey, involving hundreds of people, found that 58 per cent were “very satisfied” while 21 per cent were “fairly satisfied”.

Four per cent of respondents said they had been “very dissatisfied” with the response while six per cent were “fairly dissatisfied”. Seventy-seven per cent were “very satisfied” with the officers who attended the incident they reported, with 15 per cent “fairly satisfied” and three per cent “very dissatisfied”.
