Boise police were called to Milkwaukee Street and Franklin Road earlier this week, where the suspects had allegedly shoplifted items from a number of shops and broken into at least two vehicles in a department store car park.

Officers confirmed that Parsons, 18, had tried to escape as they tried to question him, but he was caught a short time after.

Panda, also 18, was detained without incident.

Police said that they had recovered a number of items of clothing from four separate retailers, along with clothing and electronic equipment allegedly taken from the vehicles.
