Police appeal for ‘vulnerable’ missing Dundee man

POLICE Scotland today voiced their “significant concerns” for a “vulnerable” man who has been missing from his home in Dundee since yesterday morning.

Shaun De Jong, 35, has been missing from his home in the city’s Red Admiral Court, since 10.15 am on Tuesday.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Police Scotland officers in Dundee have significant concerns for the well being of Shaun De Jong, who was last seen leaving his home.”

He added: Police are extremely concerned for his safety and ask that if any member of the public has any information regards the whereabouts of Shaun to contact Police Scotland on 101, or contact any officer.”

Mr De Jong is described as being 5ft 8ins tall, of stocky build with short brown hair, green eyes and was wearing white Adidas trainers, a navy blue fleece jacket, black or dark coloured jeans and was possibly wearing black wrap round sunglasses. He also has a number of scars on his face.
